HUMBOLDT ALLIANCE FOR CONSTITUTIONAL CONTROL

Welcome to the Humboldt Alliance for Constitutional Control (HACC).* Our objective is to ensure and secure a fair and just government throughout the country through the advancement and enforcement of Constitutional Law.

We intend to be the first in the country to establish a county ordinance called a -Constitutional Law Zone- (CLZ). This CLZ is to be used as a model for other counties to replicate, improve, enact and manifest throughout the land.

A local CLZ protects the citizens of Humboldt County by placing local laws on the books that recognize:

1) The Constitution as The HIGHEST Law of The Land.
2) That the Constitution be upheld.
3) Prohibits the creation and extension into the county any new laws, regulations, executive orders, signing statements, etc. without approval by vote of the local citizenry.
4) Allows any grossly unconstitutional laws that have been passed to be terminated upon review and vote of the local citizenry and more...............
