This first meeting will cover a mission statement, goals, objectives, measurements, and activities to achieve the goals. Keeping Columbia Heights Affordable and Neighborly While the City should be preparing for a recession by dropping taxes, there are city plans to build subsidized commercial retail space on Central Ave. This at a time when the vacant store fronts off Central Ave are obvious.
